Our pet counselors are dedicated to matching the right pet with the right customer and meeting the needs of both.
To our customers who already have pets we are dedicated to enhancing their knowledge and enjoyment of the human animal bond.
Our number one priority at Petland is the care and love that the pets in our store receive while they are with us waiting to meet their life-long family. We provide an immaculately clean, safe environment for our pets under the direction of animal care experts and licensed veterinarians. We provide extensive training to our staff of Animal Care Technicians to ensure that our pets receive all the love and care possible.
We know our customers want to shop in a clean, comfortable store with beautiful, healthy pets and professional, knowledgeable, neatly groomed pet counselors that strive to make every customer’s visit to Petland an extraordinarily wonderful experience. Every Petland/ASAP Rescue Team Member is dedicated to ensuring your success through extensive training. We recognize our successful Team Members for their ability to provide an excellent level of customer service and pet care.
At Petland Village of East Side, we strive to be an asset to our community we so proudly operate in and the pet community as a whole. This is why we have partnered with ASAP Rescue to only offer rescue pets and supporting our partner shelters with food and donations. With ASAP Rescue, we are also able to take in community surrenders, and help place them into their furever homes.
We our active in our community and take our rescue pets to senior homes and schools for pet therapy. The results are amazing for both the humans and the pets, and their time together brings joy to all.
Every year thousands of unplanned and unwanted puppies and kittens are born. We recommend having your pet spayed or neutered. Ask for our free brochure on this important subject. If you would prefer to adopt a pet from the local shelter, we will be happy to refer you. No matter where you adopt your pet, we will be proud to counsel and assist you.
